Badger Volunteers – Tutoring & Mentoring is a year-long program that connects UW-Madison students with tutoring and mentoring opportunities in Madison and surrounding areas. By committing 1 to 10 hours per week, student volunteers support local youth and adults through academic tutoring support, mentorship, after-school programming, and community events. Students will have the opportunity to work with MSCR, Big Brothers Big Sisters, United Way of Dane County Schools of Hope, and more!

If you are a Work Study eligible student, you could potentially be compensated for participating with one of our literacy or math programs. If you are interested in participating in Badger Volunteers – Tutoring and Mentoring as a Work Study student, please complete the Interest Form and indicate your Work Study eligibility.

You can visit our website for more information and complete the Interest Form to be matched with one of our program partners.
